Why Give?       (Because the situation is urgent.) 

There are hundreds of uses of your time, why should you do this?  There are millions of charities and nonprofit organizations, why should you consider a donation to us?

Our answer is in third parts.  First, humanity is facing intensifying problems.  Second, we believe that most solutions to change the world are helpful, but on their own we think they are inadequate.  Third, of all the plans and approaches we know of, we feel that we are among the best, if not the best.  In other words, ultimately more lives will saved, more suffering eliminated, and more of the natural world preserved, if you use our plans and methods, rather than conventional approaches.
